Customized specifically for the South American market, this line can efficiently produce a variety of coated peanuts and other snacks.
Technical staff explained that the coating process plays multiple key roles in the product: automated coating can be achieved through programmable and process-based configurations. The entire production line encompasses coating, baking, and seasoning. The finished product is ready for packaging.
The finished product from the trial production has met expected standards: uniform coating thickness, bright color, and a crispy texture. The peroxide value remains consistently below 0.15g/100g, far exceeding industry standards for freshness preservation. The line can process 1,200 kg of raw materials per hour, requiring only four operators, and is expected to meet the needs of the Brazilian baked snack market. A local supermarket giant has stated that it plans to incorporate this product into its own private label supply chain.
